Difficulty details
Difficulty has no effect on any achievement, so the story and the optional bosses can be played on the easiest setting. The hardest parts are a few precise platforming Force Tears and the stronger legendary adversaries.

Bode fights beside you only in Chapter 1 on Coruscant and on the way to the Lucrehulk in Chapter 4. If you miss his 10, you need a new save (New Game+ works, and the opening covers it quickly).

Achievement checklist
Story progress
- Rooftop Duel. Beat the Inquisitor boss on the Coruscant rooftops during the opening chapter. It cannot be missed.
- For Saw Gerrera. Escape Coruscant and take control of the Mantis in space for the first time. It cannot be missed.
- Grab Some Seat. On Koboh, reach Pyloon's Saloon in Rambler's Reach Outpost and sit through the cutscene where you meet its owner.
- The Past Made Present. Fight your way to the top of the Forest Array on Koboh, win the boss fight there and free the Jedi held in the bacta tank.
- Survivors, We Adapt. After leaving Koboh for Jedha, meet up with your Nightsister ally and travel on together.
- Among the Masters. On Jedha, reach the hidden Jedi Archive and meet the Jedi Masters there.
- Who Gives a Puck. Partway through Chapter 3 on Koboh, the jetpack bounty hunter Korej Lim ambushes you on the way to Dagan's Retreat. Defeat him and watch the scene with Caij that follows; this gives you your first Bounty Puck and opens the Bounties menu.
- For the Path. On Jedha, defeat the giant drilling machine to save Pilgrim's Sanctuary.
- Out of Bedlam. At the end of Chapter 4, board the old Clone Wars ship on Koboh, beat the boss and rescue Zee from the Bedlam Raiders.
- Tanalorr Bound. In Chapter 5, climb the Mountain Observatory on Koboh to the Grand Oculus, win the boss fight and take the Abyss Compass.
- Tragedy. Late in Chapter 5 you briefly play as someone other than Cal. Defend the Archive in that section; the achievement arrives after the following scenes aboard the Mantis.
- At the Precipice. Follow the story to Nova Garon, survive the confrontation there and make it back to the Mantis.
- Into the Abyss. Back on Koboh, align the arrays and watch the cutscene in the Control Centre that opens the route to Tanalorr.
- A Place You Could Call Home. Travel to Tanalorr, defeat the final boss and let the credits roll.
Combat and abilities
- They Never Saw It Coming. Land 20 stealth strikes on enemies who have not noticed you. Watch for the button prompt when you are behind, above or below an unaware enemy and take the kill.
- Mirror Match. Use Confuse (learned in Chapter 1) on an enemy standing near another of the same kind and let it defeat that enemy. Weak enemies such as Stormtroopers or Bedlam Raiders finish quickly; recast Confuse if it wears off.
- Riposte. Find an enemy that resists Force Pull (for example a BX droid with an electric baton or cleaver, a larger Bedlam Raider or a Purge Trooper). Try to Pull it; it skids toward you and then lunges. Parry that lunge just before it lands.
- Catch!. Pull a roller mine to you and throw it back so its blast hits three enemies at once. Wrenching Pull helps bunch enemies first.
- Roller mines first appear on Koboh in Chapter 2.
- One spot with several of them: from the Boiling Bluff Meditation Point head into Untamed Downs, go downhill keeping to the right and enter the garage opening that has a green laser door inside.
- Get a group of enemies close together, Force Pull one mine, then throw it into the group before it explodes on you. Rest at a Meditation Point to reset the mines and try again.
- Han Slowlo. Defeat 50 enemies while they are slowed. Slow is learned in Chapter 1. Hitting a slowed enemy normally ends its slow, so a kill only counts if it dies in one hit unless you buy Extended Hold in the Jedi Concentration tree.
- This Is Canon. When you return to the Shattered Moon in Chapter 4, a huge mining cannon beam sweeps the facility. On the large platform where enemies attack while the cannon fires, stand so that B1 battle droids are between you and the beam, then Force Push them into it as it fires.
- You've Got A Friend. Order each companion to attack 10 times: 10 with Bode and 10 with Merrin. Lock on to an enemy and use the companion command whenever its cooldown is ready.
- Bode: use the command during the Coruscant fights in Chapter 1 or the Chapter 4 run to the Lucrehulk.
- Merrin: start with the Stormtroopers who ambush you right after she joins in Chapter 3. After the story, her assists can still be done in the Arid Flats on Jedha.
- Slam Dunk. Buy Mass Slam in the Telekinesis tree (Slam itself is a Chapter 4 story power). Hold the charged Slam to lift a group and bring at least five enemies down at once. Big story fights full of Stormtroopers or B1 droids work well, such as the TIE fighter hangar on the way to the Observatory in Chapter 5.
- Get Down From There. Use Force Lift (gained in Chapter 4) on an enemy and hit it while it is in the air. Do this 20 times; lightsaber throw or the blaster also reach lifted enemies.
- So Uncivilized. Get the Blaster stance (from Bode on Jedha in Chapter 3) and buy Point Blank in its skill tree. Equip the stance at a Meditation Point, then trigger Point Blank by pressing the button just before an enemy's melee hit lands. Defeat 10 enemies with it; weaken tougher ones first.
- One With the Force. Buy Focused Sight in the Survival tree. Hold it in a fight and Cal dodges incoming attacks automatically while your Force meter drains. Avoid 50 attacks this way, ideally against melee enemies.
- Pinpoint. Buy Precision Release in the Dual Wield tree (after Focused Parry). In Dual Wield stance, hold the button and let go right as an enemy's attack is about to land; a quick flurry shows it worked. Do it 10 times, preferably on melee enemies.
- Reconnaissance. After you get the BD-1 visor on Koboh in Chapter 2, open the visor, aim at a distant enemy and open its Tactical Guide entry from the prompt (scan it first if it is new).
Exploration and odd jobs
- Skywalker. Stay off the ground and walls for 60 seconds in a row. Glide on a Relter through the updrafts around Devastated Settlement on Koboh, or ride a zipline and keep reversing direction.
- Now, This Isn't Podracing. Ride creature mounts for 500 m in total. Nekkos on Koboh and Spamels on Jedha count. Ordinary exploration usually gets there; if not, ride in circles.
- They're Probably Fine. Ride a mount off a cliff into a chasm and jump off before it falls. On Jedha, take a Spamel from beside the Anchorite Base Meditation Point, ride toward the opposite cliff edge and dismount just before the drop.
- There Is No Try. On the way to the cantina in Chapter 2 you pass a Pit Droid at the Gorge Crash Site whose ship is stuck in tar. After you learn Force Lift in Chapter 4, come back and lift the ship out. Speak to the droid afterwards to send him to the cantina.
- King of the World. Solve the Nekko barn puzzle in Harvest Ridge, north of the cantina on Koboh, and climb the tower to its top.
- Go to the red barn in Harvest Ridge. Nekkos stand beside it; ride one and jump up over the entrance to the metal sheet, wall-run to the roof and Pull open the roof opening to drop inside.
- Inside, Pull the chain in the corner to raise the main gate. While the gate is up, whistle a Nekko in, let go of the chain, and ride it up to the high corner platform.
- On that platform, Pull the chain again and plug it into its slot. Drop down and bring a second Nekko inside the barn.
- Go back up, unplug the chain to lower the lift, leave one Nekko on the side of the lift nearest the roof exit you came in by, then plug the chain in again to raise it.
- Ride that Nekko out through the roof exit and jump to the ledge ahead, which leads to the foot of the tower. Climb to the top; there is a Meditation Point up there.
- It's a Trap. Clear the Phon'Qi Caverns on Koboh and slice the terminal at the end. It is best done after the story, with all abilities.
- Go to the abandoned shack in Foothill Falls (a Rambler's Reach rumor points you there). Pull open the trapdoor and drop in.
- At the far end, squeeze through the crack into the caverns. The route is linear; watch for ambushing droids and the acid puffer creatures.
- After the fight with three lightsaber-wielding Bedlam Raiders, have BD-1 slice the terminal. This unlocks the achievement and a map upgrade showing chests, stim canisters and BD-1 upgrades.
- Cleaning Up. In Pyloon's Saloon, turn right straight after the entrance into the refresher (behind where Greez sits) and use the toilet on the left. It also gives a Priorite Shard.
- Can You Pet the Bogling?. Find a bogling (the small raccoon-like creatures on Koboh) and pet it when the prompt appears. After your first cantina visit there are always some at the stables next to the cantina.
Gear, shops and skills
- Kitted Out. Use a workbench to change a part on BD-1, the blaster and the lightsaber. BD-1's assembly kit is on the Mantis kitchen table at the end of Chapter 1 (a required story pickup), and Bode gives you the blaster on Jedha in Chapter 3. Any option in a category is enough.
- Hey, Luke At Us. From the pause menu's customization screen, change Cal's hair, jacket, shirt and pants to something other than the defaults. The beard is not needed. New pieces come from chests and shops.
- A Presence I've Not Felt Since.... Equip the poncho. It is in the chest in the pit where you fight the Spawn of Oggdo at Fort Kah'Lin on Koboh.
- From the Fort Kah'Lin Meditation Point, climb to the upper level and follow the watchtowers round to a large round landing platform with patrolling droids and a Priorite Shard in the middle.
- Walk toward the shard; the floor gives way and drops you into the Spawn of Oggdo fight.
- Win, open the chest in the pit for the poncho and equip it in the customization menu.
- Road House. Wear the mullet and dropkick an enemy: in Crossguard stance, sprint at an enemy and attack.
- You need Slam (Chapter 4). From the Derelict Dam Meditation Point, cross the tar pit and climb the vines.
- Lower the yellow platform with Slam, climb it and jump to the floating yellow barge; defeat the droids on it.
- From the back of the barge drop to the ledge with an Echo and a chest. The mullet is inside.
- Equip the mullet and the Crossguard stance, then sprint at an enemy and attack.
- Cobra Cal. Buy the headband with Priorite Shards from Doma, whose shop is in Rambler's Reach Outpost on Koboh, and equip it. Then fly to Jedha and hit the Stormtrooper training dummy next to the landing spot of the Mantis.
- Greezy Money. Make 25 purchases in total at the game's shops with Data Discs, Priorite Shards, Jedha Scrolls or Bounty Pucks. It comes naturally while working on Splurgle.
- Splurgle. Buy everything in Doma's shop, which needs all 100 Priorite Shards.
- Doma's shop opens on Koboh in Chapter 2 after you rescue Zee from the Chamber of Duality; it is left of the cantina when you face it. Shards are found on Koboh, Coruscant and the Shattered Moon and dropped by Scavenger Droids.
- Get the Treasure map upgrade first: in Jedha's Arid Flats, solve the three ball puzzles (Path of Conviction, Path of Persistence, Path of Restoration), then enter Wayfinder's Tomb. The map then marks unfound shards, Data Discs and Jedha Scrolls.
- The last shard is in the Rambler's Reach stables and cannot be seen. Put a brightly coloured Nekko (purple, pink or red) in the right-hand stall as you enter. A purple one is often below the ledge at the Bygone Settlement Meditation Point.
- Dismount, rest at a Meditation Point and come back: the Nekko leaves the shard in its dung. Force Lift it out.
- Perk of the Job. Fill all ten perk slots with perks. You start with three; six are found in the world and one is bought from Zee's shop upstairs in the cantina for 10 Data Discs.
- Finish all seven Jedi Chambers, then slice the terminal beside the Alignment Control Center Meditation Point (underground Koboh). This map upgrade shows every Essence, including perk slots.
- Collect the slots below, buy the shop slot, then equip a perk in every slot at a Meditation Point.
- The Jedi Path. Buy every skill in any three of the nine skill trees (Survival; Single, Double-Bladed, Dual Wield, Blaster and Crossguard lightsaber trees; Jedi Concentration, Telekinesis and Confusion Force trees). Skill points come from XP: fights, scans, Echoes, Essences, Force Tears and chapter progress.
